Collection between 2-4pm , return 9-10 am unless previously arranged in writing.

If the customers seat is compatible with the seat belts provided in the van , they use them at their own risk.

Of course you can – just remember storage is limited so make sure they are not too bulky – we want you to be able to travel comfortably.

Pets must be transported in a pet carrier or approved crate & only by prior written agreement. An additional charge will be made to cover cleaning costs involved.

You will need to be 25 years old due to insurance requirements. We may be able to help if you are younger so call us & we will contact our insurers on your behalf.

Drivers must be aged 25-75 only. No exceptions due to insurance requirements.

We can provide space for 1 car. On road parking is available at customers own risk.

Each Camper has full roadside assistance cover 24 hours per day. These details can be found in each camper. We will also supply a telephone number to reach us on for any emergency outside of our normal hours.

We can provide off road parking for your car. This is free of charge & your own insurance needs to cover your car whilst it is left with us. We can't be held responsible for any damage etc whilst it's with us.

Unfortunately, we only allow the Campers to be hired for use in the UK ONLY

These are classic vehicles that travel at 55-60mph, so we need you to help us look after them. Therefore, we restrict the mileage to 100 miles per day. If you do more we can help & advise you of the extra costs which work out about .50p per mile over the 100 miles per day.

Licence must be held for a minimum of 2 years, with a maximum of 6 points on it.

It is against the law to smoke in the vans. If the van smells of smoke when returned a deep cleaning charge will be made.

Pretty much everything you need for your trip. You can find the full list of exactly what is in each of the vans on the description page. We also offer some nice extras which we can supply at a small cost, you can find them in the extras section.

You will need to bring your own bedding / sleeping bags, toiletries etc. We can of course supply them at an extra cost which you can find in the extras section. If it's not there we can always help, so don't be frightened to ask!

All the usual really – names of guests, contact address / email / phone numbers. We will need your date of birth & National Insurance number. This is used in conjunction with the new driving license requirements from DVLA. Also, we will need a 25% deposit on booking with the remainder of the costs to be paid one week before you collect the Camper. The easiest & cheapest way is by bank transfer. However, we will accept debit or credit cards & a security deposit of £500 will also be required one week before collection date. We will need a scanned copy of your driving license along with two forms of address I.D – utility bill / mortgage of bank statement. These need to match the name & address of the driver booking – please note, that without this we cannot allow the Camper to be hired.

Our insurers requires us to take this deposit to cover the excess on the insurance policy – without it, we cannot insure you. You will need to pay the security deposit one week before collection date. The deposit is taken as a pre authorisation on a credit / debit card or by bank transfer. It will be refunded to you within seven days of the Camper being returned, undamaged with a clean interior, full tank of petrol as on collection. If there is any damage to the Camper the deposit will be held until the costs of any repair work are completed. The amount of deposit can alter depending on the age & points on your license – call or email us for more info.

To avoid issues on the day we suggest you send the following to us at least one week before the collection date. For the main driver on the booking:-

  • Scanned copy of your driving license photo card – you will need to bring your license with you on collection day
  • A note of your National Insurance Number
  • 2 forms of address I.D – these must all match the address of the drivers name on the booking

Yes, a fully comprehensive insurance is included in the price. You need to be aged 25-75, have no more than 6 points on your license & be a UK resident. There is an excess on the policy which is covered under the questions around "why we need a security deposit".

Unfortunately not, so we highly recommend you take out holiday / travel insurance to cover theft / damage to any of your personal items.

Anything is possible, again, talk to us. It depends on how far you are away. There is an extra charge for this service which we can discuss with you. We can also meet & greet you at a railway station near to us if that helps – call or email us!!
